Technical and After-Sales Service Centers

Duty:

1. Technology and after-sales service centers is a department to ensure the global users' correct and safe operation of equipment. It will be mainly responsible for collecting and researching products' quality and performance problems found in use, and timely feedback to the R & D department.

2. Systematic and strict training the technical personnel assigned by the distributors from various countries and regions by stages and in groups, and issuing qualification certificates through examination.

3. To establish and improve concept-related services,the call of duty and the work flow for national and regional distributors. To develop codes of practice for the  equipment maintenance, and regularly make return visit to the global users online or by telephone.

4. to set up the system of issue,maintenance and renewal for standing repair parts in various distributors.

5. To develop the system of trouble warranty approval and repair norms of timely arrival, and supervise the standards and implementation of maintenance fees.

6. Culture and reserve engineering and technical personnel of English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Albanian and other language skills to ensure the smooth development of after-sales service.
